Who are we?

Frasers Bakery is a small, independent bakery-café situated on a quiet leafy street in the heart of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. First appearing as a stall on nearby Broadway Market in 2005, it has lived in its current home on Wilton Way since 2010. A California style bakery, we are informed by our Founder and Executive Chef Robbie Fraser's childhood near San Francisco and the traditions of British baking as much as we are the best seasonal ingredients we can get. All of our bakes are made with high quality organic ingredients, be it fresh fruit, dark chocolate, perfectly roasted espresso, or rich dairy.

Our staff are friendly and always give a warm welcome just like our range of coffee's which would go very well with one of our pastries. All of our bread is prepared fresh as well.
